    TRANSCRIPT:

Plenty of lessons learned -- again, I think the challenge is if you go back to 1984, there was no roadmap for those lessons. So if there was somebody who knew all those lessons, I don't know how they would ever know that. So you kind of had to experience it to actually come up with the answer. So it's a bit of revisionist history to -- what did we learn along the way? Well, boy, I mean that's a lot to cover. Some basic things, I mean, certainly we learned a lot about the value of developing talent and thinking about your strategies in a complete manner. Certainly some things in the industry evolved the way we thought they would; some things didn't quite evolve the way we thought they would.

But you know, I look back on it and say, started off right at the end of my freshman year as a biology major with a thousand dollars in my dorm room. That's turned out OK. So I don't have a lot of complaints.

    TRANSCRIPT:

I don't think I would change much about my life. Definitely I've made mistakes. I've taken on one or two goliaths too many. Just looking down there and seeing a Coca-Cola bottle -- we once tried to topple Coca-Cola. They had bigger tanks and bigger guns than us and brought them into bear against us. But generally speaking, I wouldn't change very much. I think it's the young people generally that get out there, and just try things. Get out there, and try to fulfill your dreams. Don't be too frightened about falling flat on your face. If you have a go, you're going to have an incredible experience whether you succeed or not. And if you don't succeed, pick yourself up again, and try again.
