Want to safeguard your brain for the future? Subscribing to a healthy regimen of sound lifestyle decisions might keep your brain in check. The study cited describes a situation when older beagles had such decisions "made for them." The resulting healthy decisions -- playing, exercising, etc. -- resulted in older dogs that were more up to learning new things.
